Empeon “Ready, Set, Jet” Terms and Conditions

Powwow Home Care Miami – March 5th, 2025

1. Eligibility:
  • The Empeon Prize Giveaway (the "Ready, Set, Jet") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Existing customers of Empeon are not eligible to participate.
  • Employees of Empeon and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.
2. Giveaway Period:
  • The Giveaway begins on March 5th, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on April 5th, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Vacay Giveaway Period").
3. How to Enter:
  • To enter, participants must schedule and complete a demo with an Empeon sales representative during the Giveaway Period.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.
  • No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Giveaway.
4. Prize:

One (1) winner will receive:

  • One (1) AwayTM carry-on luggage.
  • One (1) voucher worth $500 to the airline of the winner's choosing.
  • Additional travel accessories, as determined by Empeon.
  • Total “Vacay Giveaway” is valued at $1000.
5. Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

  • The drawing will be conducted within thirty (30) days after the end of the Giveaway Period.
  • The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Notification:
  • The potential winner will be notified via email within thirty (30) days after the drawing.
  • The potential winner must respond to the notification within thirty (30) days to claim the prize.
  • Failure to respond within the specified time period will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. General Conditions:
  • Empeon reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Giveaway.
  • By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Empeon, which are final and binding.
  • The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
8. Privacy:
  • Information collected from participants is subject to Empeon's Privacy Policy.
